The Debut CD by B.C.’s favorite Roots Rockers is here on Phonic Records – The Rippin’ Rattlers. They do rip, with a bluesy sound that sometimes bites, and sometimes soothes but always buoyed by the finely crafted songs of band founder Brad Fenton. We are proud to announce this new addition to the Phonic Records stable.

Adding to past music placement success, Phonic Records artist Alan Kirk has made contributions to soundtrack music for the indie feature film, The Tanchiro Brothers. The exciting crime drama from Director Stefan Berrill also features the song ‘Time In The World‘ from Alan’s debut album Getting There. Alan’s music has also been licensed for use in a European TV show, for a Red Lobster TV commercial, and for an upcoming Canadian feature film soundtrack - congratulations!

Phonic artists Alan Kirk and The Alternators have enjoyed a warm reception from audiences in Germany, and are now pleased to announce their newest member: bassist Charly Maucher from the iconic German band Jane. (http://www.jane-music.com/jane-eng/Seiten/Start.htm). Charly is mixing his new role with periodic Jane tours around Europe. Jane is currently touring to promote their new album ‘Traces’, which includes the Kirk-penned tune ‘Love Me Tomorrow‘. The Alternators will return to Germany this year, for a 2010 Tour featuring Kirk and Kevin Armstrong.
